What's Covered

• Structural defects in the wood frame or base
• Breakage of the rattan basket under normal use
• Faulty sisal rope posts — unravelling or detaching
• Defective hardware or fittings

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use — scratching, biting, shedding
• Cosmetic changes to natural materials over time — wood grain darkening, rattan softening
• Damage from misuse, modification, or improper assembly
• Removable cushions and pom-pom toys — these are consumable accessories

How to Claim

Email us at info@meaura.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll assess the claim and arrange a replacement part or full replacement within 5 business days. We keep spare parts in stock — in many cases we can send a replacement component without requiring a full return.
