Frequently asked questions
Can I use the bowl with hot and cold liquids?
Please avoid sudden temperature changes — do not expose the bowl to extreme heat immediately after cold, or vice versa. Rapid temperature shifts can cause the ceramic to crack.
How do I clean and care for my ceramic bowl?
For daily cleaning, use a detergent with a pH between 11–11.5. If scratches appear, gently rub with a small amount of toothpaste to remove marks. Avoid using steel wool or abrasive scrubbers, as these can damage or scratch the surface.
